LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE COMPETITION
A person who has expressed the intention to participate in the competition (hereinafter referred to as the candidate) shall submit in person, send by mail, or send to the email address specified in the announcement the following documents:
1) a written application addressed to the Director of the Institute of Plant Protection of the NAAS of Ukraine for participation in the competition;
2) a copy of an identity document;
3) a completed personal record form (questionnaire) of the established standard format;
4) a curriculum vitae (biography);
5) a copy of the employment record book (if available);
6) copies of documents on higher education, professional development, awarding of a scientific degree, assignment of an academic title, military card (for military personnel or those liable for military service);
7) a list of the candidate's scientific papers published over the last five years in domestic and/or foreign (international) peer-reviewed professional journals (hereinafter referred to as scientific papers), in particular those published:
in scientific journals included in the List of Scientific Professional Journals of Ukraine;
in scientific journals of other countries;
publications in periodical scientific journals included in the list of professional journals of Ukraine, and in scientometric databases, in particular Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection;
8) written consent to the processing of personal data.
Candidates shall send the list of scientific papers with links to information resources and websites where they are hosted, or electronic copies of the scientific papers, to the email address specified in the announcement.
Candidates may provide additional information reflecting the results of their scientific activities:
- patents for inventions that have passed qualification examination;
- monographs (chapters in collective monographs);
- links to online scientific profiles;
Documents must be submitted addressed to the Director of the Institute of Plant Protection of the NAAS of Ukraine at the address: 33 Vasylkivska St., Kyiv, 03022, Human Resources Department, or plant_prot@ukr.net
Housing is not provided by the Institute.
Candidates who have expressed the intention to participate in the competition may submit additional information on education, work experience, professional level, and reputation (character references, recommendations, copies of scientific publications, abstracts, etc.), as well as their vision for the development of research and development in the position.
If a candidate sends documents by mail, the date of submission of documents shall be considered the date indicated on the postal postmark.
Candidates whose documents do not meet the established requirements shall not be admitted to participate in the competition, of which they shall be notified by the Human Resources Department of the Institute of Plant Protection of the NAAS of Ukraine within five working days from the date of receipt of the documents. Within a period of no more than two working days after receiving the notification, the candidate has the right to rectify deficiencies and re-submit documents for participation in the competition.
