Developed by the scientists of the Institute of Plant Protection and institutes and research establishments of the NAAS, NASU, NUBiP together with specialists of the Plant Protection Department of the Phytosanitary Security and Grain Quality Control Division of the Department of Phytosanitary Security, Seed Production, Nursery Management and Grain Quality Control of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection based on the annual reporting data of the phytosanitary security divisions of the Main Departments of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the oblasts.
